Need help for a Geofri's Devotion ele build

Hi,

I like to make non-meta build with some items people doesn't use but sometimes it's very complicated so i came here for some advices.

Like the title said I trying to creat a geofri's devotion build in elementalist. The build is not complete yet, I'm just trying some rare item with interesting affix and uniques that are important.
