Is POE Trade Macro Bannable?

Hi all

Can i ask is POE Trade Macro a bannable 3rd party program?

No. Officially allowed. This is not even a game macro.. just a system utility.

Things change, and while it may have been or currently is allowed the OP should email support and ask rather than taking peoples word that it is.

The reason why i post here is because i was banned and i also have emailed the support email. And i have asked in that email if POE trade marco is illegal but no response expect for the standard template replies.

You were not banned for that. You maybe used PoE HUD or others 3 party programs like that.
Other things could be to many trade scams.....

But yeah, you have to write an e-mail to GGG support and wait for their reply.

Thanks for the reply. But for a note i did not use any other 3rd party programs other than that macro. I already stated in that email i have sent and it was not the first time i have been banned. My previous steam was banned and i have stated that in another email too that i only use POE Trade macro. Same email template was being replied and till now no replies from that email either.
I also asked if any possible program that might have triggered the ban and was not answered. I reformatted my laptop and reinstalled POE standalone version and also trade macro and same thing i was banned. I want to know what kind of process/programs that can lead to this because my laptop is from Aftershock, and they do have their own programs installed by default. I do not want to risk to be banned again after i create another account and buy the stash tabs and mtx but still being banned.

well I don't think GGG will ever tell you why you get banned because that information can be used to prevent others to be banned.
If you think it has something to do with the Aftershock programs, then make a clean Windows'10 installation and only install the drivers you need.
Also, are you sure that you are getting the correct version of PoE trade macro, maybe you are installing a fake / cheating version and that's why you get banned.

What link are you using to download the program?
You also need AutoHotkey to run PoE Trade Macro. Where do you download this from?

I follow the links from ZiggyD youtube channels.

I did reformatted and only installed 2 programs from Aftershock which i need to control my laptop fan speed and sound system.

I really need a solution about this as i still wants to play the game but i do not want buy stash tabs and being banned again. I hope you know what i mean cause i spent about 9 tabs each for both account. It may not be much for some but it is meant something for me for my monthly expenses. And it's been 4 days since i sent the email. The response was fast for the first two conversation but after that no response.

Dear Admins

My account has been banned by administrator. I do not know what has happened. Previously my first account was from steam was being banned too and i did not get an answer why was it banned till now.

I thought was something to do with steam, i even reformatted the whole laptop and i changed to standalone POE installation and it was being banned too. I just bought stash tabs for this new account and it was being banned just like that. I really like this game but without being know what is triggering the ban, it makes me feel sad and i don't dare to even play it.

I hope that i can get a reasonable answer about the trigger of the ban so i can solve it and i hope i can get my account.

Dear Nick

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I don't understand what's the point of showing me that link where i am asking for the reason that trigger the ban that i could solve it and continue to play the game. Whether it is a program or it is a process in the windows that would trigger it.
It only shows me that the admins does not have any idea about the banning system that the game runs and just reply people with that link.

I demand an answer so i could play the game again!! I don't mind recreate an new account and start over again but without solving what caused it, how could i play the game??

Cheating software?
Once again like i said my previous steam account that was banned, the only 3rd party program i used was "POE trade macro" which was introduced by ZiggyD in the youtube.

If this is the reason why i was banned, why ZiggyD was not banned? And also your reply was the same template when i asked why my steam account was banned.
