[3.4 Champion Overload] 2H Freezing Cyclone

Pro's & Con's

+ Fast clear speed.
+ Easy League start and scales well as you gain currency.
+ Cyclone kills as you move, no stopping.
+ Melee build, see their frozen faces before they shatter.
+ Immune to Stun.
+ Budget.
+ No corpses left behind to be raised/detonated.
+ Good leech.

- Melee build, gotta get up close and personal
- Min/max End game items will be expensive but not unobtainable.
- Not a full face tank build, requires dodging mechanics

Just respecced my character into this, really enjoying it thus far. Thank you for posting the build! :)

Quick question though, I'm currently running both the Fortitude and Worthy Foe branches of the Ascendancy, would it be better to drop a gem and put in Fortify, spec out of Fortitude and spec in to Adrenaline? Do we do anything special to proc that, or do we wait for it to naturally proc?

You can use RF for proc, but I'm just waiting proc. :)
