Darkness Enthroned and twink(ly) eyes

Hands down, best leveling item ever.
You can support any build, melee, ranged, spell and minion.



The only real downside is the fact that eye jewels have a min ilvl of 45.
So getting a dream eye with 3x flat ele dmg rolls that stays at lvl req 1
is harder than finding a mirror or headhunter...
There's always a roll that bricks the eye into lvl req 28-45.

Currently there isn't even one eye in any league that has lvl req 1
with even 2 elemental flat rolls that I can find.
Getting 3 rolls would be one in a million.

I love twinking, done it a lot in wow, and since restarting new chars in poe is a very common thing, especially in hc, this is something I care about.

I got a few suggestions how to fix this problem:


1) have a master craft a implicit mod on normal/magic/rare eye that caps all rolls under lvl req 1, whatever tiers those might be, like
"mods rolled on this item can not exceed lvl req 1".


2.a) Introduce a new white glass eye jewel, like the portal/trigger mines gem.
It has the same implicit mod as above; all rolls limited to lvl req 1.
Or just make the eye "unique/white" with a built in ilvl 1.


2.b) New "glass eye" card that gives you the white glass eye.
Deck size 8/8 - 12/12 cards


2.c) New recipe: 1 of each eye jewel (4 total) = 1 card.
You need ~40 eye jewels total to get one white eye, which isn't too brutal to farm.


Remember, you still need to roll 3x flat ele on the white eye, which can cost a ton of chaos orbs so it isn't a "too op free power creep item".
So now there is something for people who love maxing out their power at low lvl, as well as giving us a chance to trade off excessive eyes at a vendor and get a glass eye.

You can get 10 sockets on a scion pretty early on, lvl 45,
but those are already in the game at 45, tri-ele flat dmg eyes x 10 will boost your dps a lot, but they are also expensive.

I think the time and cost invested into farming eyes/cards is fair all around.
Also the base cost for any eye would go up since 40 can be traded into a white eye now, so that's also good. "Demon eye" will do too as a name for this new jewel.
