Killed Queen of Despair and Shakari; Quest still active, no skillpoint/pantheon

I killed both bosses (Queen of Despair twice), but neither the quest nor my pantheon updated and I didn't get the skillpoint.

This has happened on seperate days for my character in the new hardcore league.
