awaiting payment submission

i tried buying a support pack via browser and it got stuck at awaiting payment submission forever.

now my question will the payment go through after closing the window? or can i try again buying thru steam without worrying about it been charged twice

if i try buying through the steam version will the payment go thru steam or the browser ?
