Help me with Evasion Rating (MF Deadeye)

I finished leveling my deadeye today and got all the equipment I wanted.
Resistances are capped and I`m overall satisfied with the build but there is one problem - Wearing Queen of the Forest I get negative speed because my evasion sits at ~11000

I looked up a few characters on poe.ninja and found they have more then double, even nearly triple my evasion!

I did not see big differences between my unfinished build and theirs...

I don`t know what I have overlooked but could you please look up my gear/passives and tell me what I am doing wrong?
