Elder Guardian Memory Fragment from Shaper Influenced map

I ran Crystal Ore, which was Shaper influenced, to spawn my Elder.
After my bosskill, the memory fragment dropped.
I checked my Atlas and the Elder spawned, and one of his Guardian spawned on Crystal Ore, so i guess a got his fragment without killing him. (Also he has no memomry fragment circle around him.

Probably i got my Elder influence by clearing enough mobs in the map, then an Elder Guardian spawned right there and got my fragment by killing the boss on an Elder Guardian map.

I think this way, with enough luck, probably you can get all the fragments without any Elder/Guardian kill.
