Perfect Agony with Golemancer

I just bought a Skin of the Lordes, and I saw it has Perfect Agony mod.
I searched for its meaning and realized it decreases in 30% my hits dmg, but increases in the same 30% the crit for ailment.
Problem is that I use minions, I don't have any skill.
DOes it decrease my minion's dmg by 30%? I'm always confused about 'hit', 'damage', 'spell damage', 'attack damage', and such.

Tried to find answers on the net, but nothing regarding minions, golems specifically.

Perfect Agony does not affect your minions in any way. Minions are separate to you, and do not use your stats or modifiers. Only things that specifically apply to minions or allies affect them.
