3.5-Need help configuring a Deadeye CI ES Voidfletcher build

Hi guys, i've been tweaking the voidfletcher build to become ES CI because of the low amount of health it offers(4500). I'm sitting at about 6k es right now comfortably, but i'm wondering if the dps is lacking for shaper and uber-elder.
At the moment this hasn't been play tested. I'm wondering what your thoughts are on increasing damage, and survivability.

Looks alright, although I have very little experience with ice shot and uber elder so I cant really judge that :)
You could tweak the tree and support skills a bit to get more dps and roughly keep the same es, crit chance and attack speed (e.g. https://pastebin.com/bM3zt2HW), further increased in dps could be switching Faster attacks to Damage on full life, but it depends on how fast ice shot needs to be to feel smooth i guess.
