Help needed with my first self-made build

Hi, Dermaskining is my first ever self-made build. I decided to make it a raider on a whim and so far it has turned out great. My third char ever and finaly i managed to clear uberlab. I would like to get some advice where to go next with this char... I am trying to achieve 95% evasion and get dodge as high as possible while doing the whole crit thing that might be a mistake. I would like to equip Abyssius once i get 95% evasion and also improve on my rings. If you guys could critique my tree and items i would love that, also is Vaal Double Strike worth it?
