Estimated chance to evade attacks not visible?

I have an armour and evasion based character which also has Acrobatics and Phase Acrobatics keystones allocated. I was wondering why the stats screen doesn't show my chance to evade attacks even though I have some evasion rating in my gear?

The class is Templar and acendancy is Inquisitor. My other character (Slayer) which is also armor and evasion based has the "estimated chance to evade attacks" visible but he doesn't have Acrobatics.

Youre using the item Kaom's Roots which gives you the Passive skill Unwavering stance. Unwavering stance make you unable to evade attacks. That's why it shows your evasion rating, but no %chance to evade. Because you cannot evade attacks. You are immune to stun though.
