Freezing a Phase heavy boss causes invulnerability (and blocked progress)

(First time) Core Boss: Get the boss to 75%, piety shoots lightning at him permanently, he takes no damage, and does not trigger next phase (piety damage phase) so it is literally impossible to complete the map.

May have something to do with periodically freezing boss? (this tends to mess up phasing a lot in my experience)

(Second time) Overgrown Ruin Boss: Again, 75% life, frozen when using his teleport attack, and now just infinitely tries to use its attacks while completely invulnerable, and the next phase (spider or fidelitas) will not trigger.

(Third time) Legion unique mob (Hyrri) reached the point where it would trigger dialogue and teleport away.

UPDATE: Happened again to the Core boss, this is getting ridiculous, having a boss bug out almost every single day now.

Bump, it happened again with a different boss (still has phasing elements)

90% sure it has to do with interrupting the boss during certain animations with Freeze.

Bump, adding the 3rd instance of this occurring so far, this time with one of the Unique Legion bosses.

same here. I can't get past the first phase. Piety has 0 health and wont trigger Malachi to come over and impale her to start phase2. Good thing RNG gave me 5 of these maps and none of the others I need...

Edit: I deal cold damage, so there might be something to freezing like you said.

Just happened to Izaro in uber lab. If this was possible in the final room (which gladly it isn't), it would have killed 2 prophecies and the full lab run.
