You could use more accuracy on gear.

Your mainhand cospri will also hit only 81% of the time.
Your offhand will hit 100% of the time, since the mod is local.

This is why PoB shows 91% hit because this is the average of 81% and 100%.

Cyclone alternates attacks now, so every-other-hit you will not proc Cospri at all since your mace will swing. Your cospri hits will miss 19% of the time.

Even if you don't care about the Cospri DPS (since most DPS comes from the chestpiece ice nova) - it means you are missing many cyclone crits when mainhand Cospri hits only 81% of the time.

Your effective crit chance with Cospri attack is only 69.93% - or 73.68% with diamond flask because your hit chance is low.

Ideally you will need at least +500 accuracy which will put your hit chance to 91% which is "ok" - but effective crit will still only be 69.93% or 82.77% with diamond flask. Better to try to push to at least 94-95%+ hit chance (ideally 100% but this is hard).

Either way the DPS is good on your build but it is not maximum efficiency and can be improved further - but any Eternity Shroud build will do lots of DPS... especially with Shaped Cospri which is not that cheap.

You are slightly incorrect here, because any time your weapon does not crit, you will miss damage from your chest.

If you hit 100 times for example:

50 from Cospri
50 from Mace

But since your Cospri will only hit 81% of the time, the effective crit is 73.68%. Your mace crit is good - 96%.

50 x .7368 = 36.84
50 x .96 = 48

Total Ice Nova proc: 85 / 100

So 85/100 hits will proc Ice Nova - which is still very good but if you had Effigon + Flesh & Stone combo, or more accuracy to 95%+, this number could be 90/100 or 95/100 ideally.

This is not how APS works. Your attack rate (according to your PoB) is 8.57 while dual wielding. This means you attack 8.57 times per second total, not 12.

So roughly your Cospri only hits 4 times, and your Mace only hits 4 times, each second.
