New Player To PoE need help with my cyclone slayer

Him I'm new to POE this is my first season, and i'm trying to progress into higher difficulty I downed shaper being carried but I keep getting told my char isn't ready yet.
Could someone point me out what I need to change / replace, if my skill points is correct.
