Use Scold's Bridle to trigger CWDT

CWDT - Unearth - GMP - *Volley (not necessary but feels better)

At least 66 mana cost with cyclone, 67 is safer (rounding)

≈1200 life regen to counter self-harm damage.

For mana sustain we need 25% damage taken gained as mana when hit,
and some buffer mana regen and unreserved mana.

Now we need to make CWDT trigger consistent, make sure cyclone's APS
not exceed the number showing below.

CDR - Max APS

-0% -- 3.78

14% -- 4.32

27% -- 5.05

Why do this though?

Because when you take damage while CWDT is in CD, the damage will not be counted. And now CWDT will trigger every 2 attack as expected.
