Скрытый текст Played the build for almost 3 weeks and it really felt diffrent from 3.8 and if you want to do a lot of damage - you need to invest a lot which is sad! we lost a lot of damage after the non-chaos nerfs. 3.9 Changes Скрытый текст " Icicle Mine was providing enormous area coverage and damage at very little cost, and was also causing performance problems. These changes are intended to bring Icicle Mine in line with other mines, as well as alleviate the performance issues it was causing. The projectiles now fade over time, similar to Freezing Pulse, but without the gradual damage drop-off. In other words, the mines will have a shorter range by default, but can be increased by increasing the skill's Projectile Speed. Now has 4 additional projectiles at all levels (from 6 at gem level 20). Now gains 1% increased Projectile Speed per 1% gem quality (from 1% increased Projectile Damage per 1% gem quality). we lose a bit of range but still do the same damage... which is nice. A1 Yes you can use one of em or both to have +2 chains though i wouldnt recommend it if you're planning on bossing a lot. +4/+3 Pierce ( 2 from passives + 2/1 from gloves/helmet ) is enough for mapping since we one shot everything anyways. A2 We won't get the Inspiration Charge's benefits since it only affects the Supported Skill so i suggest not doing that. Vaal Righteous Fire provides 28% MORE Spell damage at lvl 20 so yes it is good for bossing and other stuff. hope this helps ! I started with my own icicle mine build and then saw this one and switched over some things. Uber Elder was super smooth.
