Needing some help with my build! occ scourge arrow

I don't see the point of picking energy shield nodes if you're life based. Just pick more life instead.

There's a lot of inefficient decisions in the tree, for example why do you pick jewel next to resolute technique for 5 points when you can pick one above devotion for 2.

Why do you pick 4 curses when you are only using 2. Cospri's chest is a waste anyway cuz you can already counter hexproof with Occultist.

Greater multiple projectiles shouldn't be needed for skill like scourge arrow, it will just lower your dps.

It looks to me like you're trying to make a poison build? Then you need to get high chance to poison and Coralito flask.

Otherwise not sure why would you pick chaos dot nodes, scourge arrow is not a dot.

Investment into power charges is also usually not worth it unless your whole build revolves around it and you go all the way in.

Your quartz flask has a worthless affix since you're res capped. Meanwhile you have no freeze immunity.

It's for Assassin but you'd probably be able to adapt it to Occultist if you cut everything behind Perfect Agony and just path from Witch. It's still better to play this as Assassin or Pathfinder due to synergy with poison, but I imagine Occultist could work.

Darkscorn atm is one of the most expensive unique weapons, if you wanna make a build around it, you need to make one that will be worth the currency sink. Your current planned build lacks direction and focus. The best I could suggest is follow a guide and do more research until you see what makes build strong and what is redundant. The POB of the other build I linked has 10x more damage than yours no kidding.
