Help with Duelist build as newbee

Hello there,

Im pretty new to POE and my first character is Duelist lvl 17 right now.

Id like a little help on a build F2P for duelist, Currently im following the ''g00fy_goober's bad boys ballerina cyclone slayer''

Im not even sure if its f2p? or if I will even get that full build as first character lol.


Anyway, any suggestions are welcome, Im on act II scenario.

Also today I got a drop of a Tabula Rasa, is it worth it for my character?
