Leap slam

Is leap slam broken for some reason i have it equiped and i cant use it. Nothing I have the jewel on is red i habe the 83 strength needed to use but it's not letting me use it on my controller. I M playing on xbox one x

Just read the gem description: "Requires an Axe, Mace, Sceptre, Sword or Staff. Cannot be supported by Multistrike." Maybe you're using the wrong weapon?
