Cyclone slayer RT budget build help

Hi!

I'm currently following this build "Cyclone Slayer Resolute Technique Budget build"

I got maybe 3-4 exalts now, so I wanted to know what I can do to upgrade further than this guide, because they only recommend items within a 1 exalt budget.
I see that Kaom's Heart is cheap ~60 c atm, is there any way I could implement that item in this build? if so, which gems should i sacrifice, and is it even worth doing so?
