Seeking some advice about my Sabo Lightning Trapper

Hello!

I've just recently started playing again. Last league was synthesis and then before that was very long ago. Still considering myself very new to the game and often find myself googling answers to the questions I have.

Long story short, the game has sucked me in again. I've found myself in the metamorph league just grinding away and having a good time. Someone recently told me about POB and I've been stumbling around that and poe.ninja trying to figure out how to min/max my build. It's overwhelming.

I'm hoping that if I can provide a paste bin here that someone can direct me where the next best step is in advancing my character. I'm overall pretty happy with survivability, but my damage is significantly less than what I see other trappers doing.

I have about 5EX and i'm looking for my next purchase or any advice.
