Ps4 online item-filter not working plz help

How do I get the item filter for PS4 to work? I followed some PS4 filters and make my own but none of these show up in my game. How do I get them to do that?

From that link you provided, click on a filter name. On next screen you need to hit follow to add to your account. Now when in game, pull up the start menu twice to reload filters. Go to the filter list and you should see it now, just select it.
