LIghtning arrow/Barrage build needs serious tweaking

Hi, I am relatively new and I have searched for answers. My primary question concerns Herald of Thunder. I have it set up in a four link with culling strike support + curse on hit + elemental weakness.

I know the curse does activate but generally I am killing pretty quick and I wonder how useful the curse is. The Culling gem seems to make sense but I really want to optimize and would appreciate some feedback.

I am kind of squishy still with 4k HP and haven't dropped the points into dodge yet. I was going to pass on that but I get the feeling it is something I probably need.
