Forceful Skewering not Allocated?

I recently anointed an amulet, and sure enough it lights up as allocated on my skill tree, but it still says the skill is unallocated when I hover my mouse over it...

It is just an unfortunate visual bug; all anointed passive skills just lighted up on the passive tree, but saying unallocated from the very beginning of Blight league.
I was also mislead by it at the beginning, but You can check it for sure by counting for instance Your strength with and without the amulet; the +20 shall be there from the Forceful Skewering. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.
So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this. |
