3.10 (newbie Questions) can this bulid work out ?

i just dawnloaded path of exile and am waiting for the new League (ps4 player) and i was woundering if you can pull of a good beginner friendly cyclone with cast while chaneling bladestorm without one taking the lead in terms of damage from the other one and using champion , Impale Support and dread banner to get 100% chance to impale and some impale bonuses and then brutality and faster attacks or Fortify Support.
i dont have any Experience in planing the passive tree so ill be Really thankful for any help in that case.

Bladestorm is an attack and therefore cannot be cast.
