[3.10] HOWA-converted Power Siphon Wander - 6.9m DPS, 12.9k ES

This is more of a build showcase than a build guide. Converted my HOWA Cyclone to a Power Siphon Wander and I thought I'd share.

Stats:
4m DPS with Power Siphon (~6.9m with flasks)
12.9k ES
25k Evasion plus Flesh and Stone
7 Power Charges
4 Frenzy Charges
Culling Strike



Note: You have to multiply this by 14 projectiles (i.e. 164k x 14 = ~2.3m sheet dps)

edit1: Bought a bottled faith and changed woke gems to level 5 to be more of a PoB warrior. This increased my dps from 5.5m to 6.9m

I got this which increased my dps by 13%!!! But I lost my reduced mana reservation from my helm, which meant I had to lose Flesh and Stone. Wasn't worth it :(

I would like to see a video in action! How yo do with clearing speed? Just with PS seems meh

Im thinking about using your build with some tweaks like switching awakened elemental focus for chain support for clear speed. Using spellslinger with arc its another good idead I think cause you benefit from spell damage and lighting damage with both power siphon and arc, plus in this case you can keep awakened elemental focus on ps and rely on arc for shocking.

What do you think?

Clear speed is actually pretty good, here's half a Phoenix run :):

It takes some practice. The closer your cursor is to your character the more spread you have for clearing.

First, losing Awakened Elemental Focus will almost cut your dps in half. Second, it's not worth it to do Spellsinger + Arc. I tried it. Damage is meh and you have to sacrifice having Flesh and Stone or a curse. Flesh and Stone is key for Ghost Shroud upkeep (nearby enemies are blinded).

Edit:

To be more specific, projectile weakness curse adds 700k dps, Arc only does 66k DPS.

The primary barrier to entry is probably the wand. You need to get lucky alt/regaling. The rest is generic int stacking.

It's probably not a league starter.

u can also benefit from cluster jewels in delirium.

Small nodes are not bad once u slap +int on them, plus there are some good options for int stacking there
