How do you play a summoner build without being driven nuts by minion noises?

I'm new to playing a summoner build this season and I had a lot of fun up to a point but then I grew pretty tired of the excess noise.

I was initially playing Kay's Spectre build and the constant groaning of the zombies grew annoying over time. Then I switched to another version of her build that uses Animate Guardian and that was OK but the noise of the AG swinging the staff constantly become annoying for me.

I then tried a Golem build on another char and was having fun with that but once again, the longer I play the noise from the minions becomes an issue.

I did try playing with audio settings by turning down sound effects but I'm not comfortable with this as I miss other audio cues in game.

So my question is - how do others play these builds without being driven insane by the minion noises? Am I missing a setting where this can be reduced without impacting other game play?

Wait till you try Arena Master :P

I only put my headphones on for endgame boss fights. Everything else can play with no sound.
