Could someone point me to a build that can make use of these? pls

Sorry to bother and idk if this would be the right place to ask for help. I wanna use my Scion level 73 for a cold playstyle because the fire one wasn't making me happy. I have some cool gear from my useless ranger and i wanna use since nobody want to buy anyway. I would like to use a build with COLD + FRENZY + BLIND + BLOCK and FORTIFY. I tried to do one own my own with PoB, a Frost Blade one and i ended up with 45% blind and high block chance for attack (but low for spell block) but pathetic low life (3K only) and 50k damage for melee and projectiles.

Here's the gear that i would like to use:




I mean, if i can use these on another build that can use BLIND, COLD, FRENZY CHARGES and that has BLOCK chance, it would be cool too.
