does this include %ES increase from intelligence? If you have the ability to test it, equip a Crown of the Inward Eye or really anything that lets you allocate ToS and then allocate intellect on the passive tree. Look at your tooltip dps for any spell, and if intellect is effective, then your dps should go up slightly.
