Witchbuild for starting POE (from scratch till Endgame)

Hi,

i'm starting with PoE and looking for a good Witchbuild.
It should be playable from scratch.
I read you can reskill from time to time, but maybe there is a build that is playable from the start and also later rocks in Endgame with the right Equip.

There are this Pastebin Files with every Build, how does this work?
