Leveling Build for every class - Dex Stacking Hollow Palm Technique (not league-starter)

Hello Exiles. I want to share the build I use to level my characters after I've finished my league start. Build is viable for every class and can go through campaign in 3-4 hours, while doing all passive points quests and ascendancy. I'm not a racer, so being able to get to maps quickly and then switching to build I'm gonna use on particular character is huge convenience.

It includes skill trees for all classes, gem links and items used. Most of my thoughts about this build are in notes section.
Keep in mind, this build is NOT a league starter.
This build requires around 150-250 chaos orb investment to get it going (not counting around 50 refund points to switch to build you wanna make), but provides smooth and effortless leveling experience, a.k.a.: zoom while obliterating everything in your way, bosses included.

Probably gonna edit this post later in future, maybe add some videos of me leveling with this, and make this full leveling guide(probably). I'm open to suggestions regarding this build.
