WIth harvest nerfed the gear presented in the POB is hella unrealistic however im not saying that its not possible to play this build with similar gear or different setups, considering your either going to be focusing on more of a boss based vaal skill or a clear based. I have some stuff in std to do with vaal builds, will probably mess around with it and come up with something.

Clearspeed looks kinda bad, so why not then just do a miner that can instaphase anything on a much lower budget?
It's hard to remember what you have forgotten

" Vaal Fireball and Vaal spark are what i use for clear(3 gem swap). The budget of this build in league is not much as me and another are this exact build and the budget is under 10ex. Your point is kind of valid for the Vaal Storm Call clear. |

To confirm, in ultimatum league, we can only ever have 1 stack of vaal storm call up? So both the clearspeed and single target will be a lot worse right?
