Can't launch game

After the recent patch , Poe no longer launches . When i click the .exe to launch, nothing happens even in task manager, anybody know whats the problem?

Multiple people in the forums have the same problem,some have managed to fix it by various methods such as changing sound device or deleting the poe folder in appdata or simple re-installing windows.We are all just waiting for a patch in the end

well , i've tried reinstalling and attempting to redownload POE through the standalone client too . However, i wasn't able to even open up the Poe.exe after the initial installation , it only appeared in my task manager for a split second before ending task . Otherwise , i've tried the recommendations of the others in the post , all of which has not worked for me so far

Same here, I tried Installing Path of Exile in a new location but not even the launcher that should download the game can start.

The new Content.ggpk has 0 Bytes on the disk.

yea that;'s the same thing im experiencing

Bump, tried reinstalling a few more times, even through steam, but no change - the game refuses to start with no error message or anything
