Help with this Oni Goroshi Trickster build please

Recently I decided to try SSF HC. I searched poe ninja in the SSF section filtered by those builds using the OG weapon. The following is a link to the build listed with the highest dps while using OG in SSF:

I have sent the owner of said build a PM, but have not heard back. I have a couple of questions I am hoping this forum might be able to answer...

1. I'm at a loss for how the build is sustaining mana while channeling Cyclone without a -mana modifier.

2. I hopefully am correct in that the dps rotation is simply to depress and hold the button for Cyclone while periodically using General's Cry as needed for large packs and uniques.

3. Seeing two Desecrates in the build (one linked to CWDT and one not linked to a CWDT), I assume the latter is used when there are no corpses on the ground - such as when starting a boss fight. It is with this in mind that I suspect a boss rotation would begin with the non linked Desecrate followed by dropping War Banner and then by General's Cry and Cyclone as usual. Correct or no?

I am into A4 as I write this request for help. So far so good.

It looks like he's taken the Trickster ascendancy notable Weave The Arcane, which includes "Movement Skills cost no Mana".

I'd say you are correct regarding points 2 & 3.
