3.16 Cold blade vortex theory crafting.

As the title suggests, I am theory crafting a cold bv build. I am also planning to play it in the upcoming league as my 2nd char or so.

Theory:
-Occultist
-10 power charges and 10 frenzy charges
-freeze the whole screen + herald of ice explosions
-A good amount of life (9k ehp)
-Nice damage (9.3mln sirus dps)
-39 bv AoE
-8s bv duration

Any suggestions/ideas/item replacements are welcomed. I am trying to upgrade the build as much as possible.

Love this, looks expensive tho depends on the trade league situation early-mid league :)

How do you get Frenzy charges with Inner Conviction?

Didn't know it doesn't work, so here are my changes.
1) Go with badge, but we drop Militant faith for Glorious vanity in order to get more ehp. (With this setup the damage is 9.4 mln and ehp is 9k)
2) Go with Inner conviction, drop badge for a rare amulet. (damage is 11.2 mln, ehp is 7.7k)

I personally prefer the badge variant because you'd have more hp and more cast speed, but endgame variant might be to use a rare amulet.

How u get 39 BV radius? your Pob shows 23.
And why not use Vast Power Notable from cluster jewels?
