Need help with kosis ( Wave 25+) - Srength stacking occu

Hi there,
I often get one shot from Kosis even with 75%block, 7k life max resists, 87% dr potted and fortify.
Usually it's the shock wave that kills me.

Is there a cheap way of changing my build so that I survive the shockwave? ;-)
