[3.16] Cyclone/Dual Strike Ice Crit Champion

If you like to spin around and freeze everything with high crit damage and being very tanky then check this out.

The main idea is to dual wield two White Wind daggers with very high base cold damage and very high evasion rating. This synergises very well with the Perseverance belt because it boosts your damage in terms of the lowest of your armor or evasion rating.
