Charged Traps Support and Power Charges

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm having an issue with Charged Traps Support linked with my Seismic Trap. I seem to be getting my frenzy charges, but I'm not generating power charges at all. Or I am and it's not displaying at the top of my screen with all of my buffs. Am I missing something with the interaction? Anyone know what the problem is here?
