change into boss killer

Hello,

I just reached lvl 100 with my skelly necro, and now I don't care any more about dying. Therefore, I would like to go boss killing

I was wondering what I should change to do it better
I already change greater volley for hypothermia
(in case you don't see it, I have a really good shield with vaal molten shell, flame dash, assassin's mark)
I use 2 carnage and 2 host chieftains
I'm leveling a divergent AG and got all the good stuff for him
