[3.18] CoC Ice Nova Build (with Mageblood) | Occultist | Sentinel | Path of Exile 3.18

Hey guys, here is another cast on crit ice nova build but this time using a mageblood. This is 14% cooldown recovery version again. I also have a version without mageblood. That setup is little different than this one.

Build Cost
- Hight Budget: 50+ ex


Before asking a question please read.

Mana: How do I sustain mana?
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
- 25% reduced Mana Cost of Skills during Flask Effect
- Divergent Inspiration

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
- Power charges
- Diamond Flask
- Inspiration charges
- Precision
- Ascendancy, Skill tree, Medium cluster
- Cospri's Malice
- Brittle Ground
(Crit chance is still 100% without Bottled Faith, just using it for extra damage)

Cooldown recovery: We need at least %14 for this build. I got it from awakened gem because it's really cheap this league.
- Awakened Cast on Critical (minimum lvl 3)
- Shaper/Crusader belt
- Shaper/Crusader boots

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
I got flat accuracy from one ring and using level 21 precision. Also Unnatural Instinct gives us some inc global accuracy.

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 7.52 with this setup.
- 5% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway
- 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught
- 7% inc attack speed, Unnatural Instincts
- 8% inc attack speed, Harrier

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get two of these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 4% increased Area Damage per 10 Devotion
- 1% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras per 10 Devotion

Leveling: I leveled up with storm brand. You can find leveling gems and trees in the video.

Hey! I was searching for a awesome build to play with a Mageblood, and i found your build guide, and it feels great, even though i'm level 85 and have a total of 5 mil sirus dps. So much fun to play and "easy" to follow (it's kinda tricky to get the right stats, aps, mana cost and stuff) but very well explained guide.
Could you explain how to get the 10+ aps and 52% CDR? just to see if i can stick more currency into it.

This build gets killed a lot but the damage and clear speed is nice but honestly a stiff wind knocks me down with 6900 ES
