Message for Chris Wilson. BAN FOR NOTHING!

Hello, dear Chris Wilson. I am writing to you, because I no longer know who can help me, they do not explain anything in support and do not help at all. A few days ago I was playing PoE from my account Beptyxah, suddenly I was thrown off the server and when I tried to log in to the game it was written that my account was blocked by the administrator. I didn't understand for what or why at all. I went to write to support, but they didn't help me in any way and sent me to write an appeal. But I didn't violate anything, and I was given a ban allegedly for RMT. I am an honest player and have never done anything like this. When I wrote the appeal, I was surprised to find that the number of characters is limited. And there is no way to really explain anything. As I wrote in the appeal, I may have been banned for selling and buying crafts on The Forbidden Trove in Discord. But after all, many people sell and buy a lot of things there, for game currency. What kind of rmt can we talk about? I am an ordinary honest player, I recently bought a support kit in your game, waited for a discount on premium tabs, bought them too. Just started playing with pleasure. Less than two weeks later, suddenly I was banned. And if it were fair, I wouldn't write anything at all. But I didn't violate anything at all. I didn't swear at anyone in the game, I always tried to help newcomers with advice or killing complex monsters. Please give my account a second chance, I can't file an appeal, they ignore me in support, I do not know who can help me except you. In the response to the appeal, it was written that I could create a new account and continue playing. But I'm not from a rich family and I can't afford to spend money on support kits again, and play with the knowledge that I can be banned again for nothing. Зачем ты мне пишешь тогда, если ты не являешься разработчиком? Поддержка не делает абсолютно ничего, а только отправляет заготовленные сообщения. Подавал апелляцию, там оказалось ограничение по символам. Как можно апеллировать вообще, если у тебя в запасе 2 предложения? Написал как есть - не виноват, ничего не нарушал и т.п. Но после подачи прошло 3 дня и меня забанили навсегда. Отличное отношение к честному игроку, который к тому же поддержал игру купив саппорт паки больше чем на 3000 рублей. На эти деньги я мог бы купить 5-10игр и играть в них несколько лет. Но нет, я купил себе вкладки в ПоЕ, и не попользовавшись ими даже 2 недели получил абсолютно незаслуженный бан. В интернете читал, что людей за реальные нарушения правил разбанивают, давая предупреждение. Чем я заслужил такое отношение вообще? И как мне дальше в эту игру играть, зная, что меня снова могут забанить, просто потому что гладиолус...
