How should console players check progress for "No Stone Unturned"?

When looking at this website i can see the info that my progress can be seen in the game client, which clearly is referring to the PC-Versions.

I don’t thing is any way…I want also to know…is only that trophy that I miss…or is bug..because I saw 0.1% complete..

I did it the hard way, googled a guide on net and did take one and one until throphy popped...
