Occultist through voltaxic rift and storm Rain 36m+ dps with poison. Need advice on optimization.

Actually, from a seemingly not very expensive item, Pob with 39 arrows on the ground already shows that poison damage is limited by the limit, since I'm not very good at build building, I decided to seek advice on optimizing a build that smacks of a possible imba.

P.S. I haven’t played Persians through chaos damage yet, this is my first attempt to do something like that.

Tweaked it a bit to hit the poison damage limit with 34 arrows on the ground.
