[3.19] True Power of Explosive Arrow Elementalist with 1 Divine Orb Budget

Welcome Exiles! Time to show you the real power of my Explosive Arrow Elementalist build with only One Divine Orb total price of the gear+flasks+key gems. Also, FastAF banned me on his channel because I said that could be great if he show his "One Div Exile" builds without activating shrines, because in every footage he got 2 or 3 shrine buffs on his characters. I think it's a not the best way to show a true power of the builds. How do you think?

that made me laugh because i always noticed the shrine buffs and he never mentioned them

watch his last video with Tornado Shot, where he running maps with 2-3 shrines everytime. and his exp bar is always 0% hahaha

I'm gonna have to try this out. Actually have an EA I'm using from a different build, but something just feels off with it.
