HOW EQUIP TWO WEAPONS

I'm newbie and would like to know how to equip two weapons on a duelist. It seems simple, but I'm not able to do it in the console. Are there any restrictions or rules?

Not sure if there is a quick way to do it, but I use the pick up button(triangle on ps, not sure on Xbox) and manually place it on off hand

hold in left stick while you equip, same thing for when you equip a 2nd ring as well
