Looking for some help with EK Ignite Ele

I have been working on my EK Ignite elementalist for a fair bit and I am having some issues, Mainly with survivability atm. I am stuck at the 60-80mil xp/hr range at lvl 90 due to many many deaths. My hp is a bit low but I am having a rough time thinking about a fix for it that will not break my build/current dmg.
