[3.20] Low life self-cast exsanguinate trickster

This is the build that i made so far in this league. This low life version of self-cast exsanguinate should be pretty unique i think ^^ Some words about the Burden of the truth: I had a lot of fun with this belt. I can easily recover my energy shield from 0 to max. Because of this i have facetanked a lot of hard bosses.. Pros: - good dps and multiple defence layers - Can easily kill the mobs with high chance to block or proximity shield. Btw this is probably one of the best build for expedtion maps. - Off meta and FUN Cons: - Bossing damage will be probably capped at 10M - Physical damage reflection - The costs of min max could be high
