Newbie Help

Hey guys! I am a total noob and have yet to get one character to level 100, but am trying to make that my goal this season and learning new mechanics everytime I play. Was wondering if anyone had a little time to help me know where I might make some changes or what to focus on to make this build better. I am running a wintertide brand build with vortex. Any input is much appreciated! Thank you!
