Me and others on the xbox version of path of exile have been experiencing similar problems which is basically when you log in to your character you are frozen in place at the spawn point depending on which act you are in, and if you are close enough to the stash you can click on it and then the whole of the stash is blacked out on every tab and is unable to be accessed, this includes all paid for tabs which atm is very frustrating as, as you can imagine I cant play the game at all.
Ive tried re installing the game, resetting all settings to default, deleting local data and then re-cloud updating my data back to my account. Basically everything at this point.

Any light that can be shed on this problem? Is this a known global bug or account issue? As the game is totally unplayable right now.
This is happening 100% of the time every time you log into the game. I am based on the UK network using Wifi connection and have also tried local connection also. There are no "Error Messages" or anything else just a blank stash like literally the whole thing is black with no interface the only part of it that works is the numbers and re-colouring of the different tabs but nothing inside the tab is visable from paid to non paid tabs.
I am currently playing on the Xbox Series X, playing standard SSF and also Sanctum SSF Ruthless and am experiencing the same issue on both sides of the game.

do you use a button to move ? And if yes, did you also assing a skill to it ??
If yes, then change to move only.
I can garentee you that this is a local issue of 2 people who did something "wrong" by mistake in their settings / setup.

It’s console version you can’t re assign buttons to move only? If you understood consoles use a analog stick to be able to move on the controller it’s like controller support for pc, but you can’t assign movement to a button or anything else it’s all fixed in place as a default setting so no this is not the issue and there is now 2 other reports of the same issue on the console bug report

well you claim that game is broken for everyone on console. But only 2 people report this issue.....
But you are 100% right, I don't know console version.
However GGG doesn't offer TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now), so I wish you best of luck Exile.

Again I don’t mean to argue but I said “others” there has been now 5 I’ve spoken to that have said the same thing
